portraits in white
(my special B&W corner)
Portraits in White is a visual exploration of form, light, and perception. Through a series of still images, I delve into the subtle dialogue between nature and everyday objects, drawing attention to their quiet presence and ongoing transformation.
In this work, light becomes both subject and narrator—an agent that reveals textures, contours, and ephemeral relationships. By portraying objects and natural elements as portraits, I aim to reframe what is often overlooked, inviting the viewer to pause and reconsider the intimate beauty of the seemingly ordinary.
This process is not only about what is seen, but about how we choose to see. The delicate interplay of light and shadow opens space for new questions, offering the possibility of alternative ways of looking—and, perhaps, of understanding.
